Welcome to Christian By Faith Marketplace. This video will give you an overview of our seller and member dashboard where you can look and change your seller profile, add your product and service listings, and your blog posts or writings if you would like to.
Let's start with the left side of the menu. Here we can add our listings under the section called โMy product and service listings''. Just go to โAdding and managing my listingsโ and you will see a pink button called โAdd a listingโ on the right top corner. You will then see a place where to add all your listing details. You can add all kinds of products, services, and social media post and channel links here. The default listing type is Directory Listing which means that even though all the listings at first glance look like regular direct listings that you could by at our store, you actually have to redirect all your listings to outside links. You can add a listing name, description, different product or service variants here. This is also the place where you add your prices and upload pictures that showcase your product, service, or social media channels. You also have a voluntary option to add your listings straight to one of the visible collections to better showcase your listing and to drive even more traffic to your listing. This process is individual and private, so Christian By Faith Marketplace will not do it instead of you or add your listings to collections independently without your participation. And finally, but not least, you can see the Directory Listing link placement here. This is the place where you will add your outside link to direct your listing there. It can be your own website, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Spotify, Youtube, social media or somewhere else. No limitations. One link for one listing. You can also make your listings show two different prices when going to the โDiscountsโ section in the menu. Here you can add your discounted prices if you'd like to. This is voluntary.
Next we got to the โMy profileโ section where you can change your seller and shop name, add your location, short or long store description and etc. You can also add your seller picture that would appear in the public Member's directory page and also your shop or brand logo.
Next, let's go to the โBlogโ section. Here you can add your blog posts. Add their title, and the text. You can also add keywords or tags to describe your post, and you can also promote your listings by adding them into the post. To do that, use โAdd Blog Productsโ and start writing the name of your listing. It should pop up for you automatically.
And last, but not least โ we have the โSubscription Managementโ section where you can get automatically redirected to the marketplace and to your customer account that was automatically created when you first bought your subscription. There you can downgrade or upgrade your membership subscription plan or discontinue it before the next billing cycle.

Yes, even when being on the free plan, you will automatically get published on the (public) Directory/All Members page. To opt out of it, you need to write to members@christianbyfaith.store and let us know that you would like to opt out of that. Otherwise, you agree to it by default and stay named on that page as showing and promoting our members is part of our core concept.
When was Christian By Faith Marketplace launched?
The story of Christian By Faith Marketplace started in the beginning of 2024 when a more traditional, online, store was started. Later down the line, God had even better plans, so in 2025, the idea of upgrading and pivoting it into a unique, mixed, idea of a product and service directory and a members' club started to happen. Fast forward to now - the membership and selling side of the website is finally launching in March 2026! Come and join us! :)
Who can list at this virtual platform/marketplace?
Any female who aligns with the platform, it's mission, and has products that
also align with that.
Is it only for entrepreneurs?
No. Entrepreneur is a wide term.. everyone with a product are welcomed - including authors and artists.
Is it for authors and artists as well?
Yes, absolutely. All books, devotionals, paintings, ceramics, jewelry, and etc, are welcomed on our site.
Is this marketplace directory and members' club meant for individuals or businesses?
This product and service directory and members' club is meant for all women - both individuals AND women-led businesses. You can use or create both a seller name and/or a shop and/or a brand name. It is fully your own decision. (Also, legally it is also your own decision if you want to operate here as an individual or a company. Both options are fully allowed here. This is just a platform for promotion and listing - the actual selling happens on outside websites and platforms.)
Can both individuals and businesses join this marketplace?

Faith-led and/or faith-based physical or digital products, and services can be listed here- anything that aligns with the platform and it's mission. Not all products have to be religion- or faith-related, they should just be neutral enough. Feel

What are the main type of products that are listed here?
There are no specific rules or limitations (except for aligning with the platform direction, mission and views in general), but the main products that we are looking for are digital journals; different digital files like prayer cards or printable calendars; Bibles, devotional journals; books, paper-back devotionals, art; (new) clothing and apparel; sportswear, jewelry (e.g. bracelets and necklaces); other accessories; art, paintings, ceramics; and other crafts and designs, christian clothing and apparel, and etc.
Can services be listed here as well?
Yes, absolutely! Services can be listed here as well. Just add your service description and your own (outside) website link for selling/more information.
Can sellers also list their services or do I have to stick to products only?
Yes, as long as you have an outside website or a link to redirect to, you can also promote and list your services.
What type of services can be listed here?
All kinds of services can be linked and listed here as long as they don't go against our core values that align with the Christian faith. Good examples of service listings are coaching, counseling, design, bookkeeping and beauty services, but the potential list is much longer. We are excited to see what everyone are doing and offering, so list your services boldly! :)
When adding my product or service listings, do I have to stick to similar products (or product categories) or services that you already have on this platform?
No, absolutely not. We very much welcome new product and service categories and new type of products and services in general. It could maybe even be said that the more "out of box" or surprising, the better.
Can products listed here be both digital and physical?
Yes, absolutely. Products that are listed here can be both digital and physical
Do my products have to be somehow religious or carry a direct message of faith?
No, not directly or not necessarily. They should just be at least neutral enough to suit next to the other products and not be controversial โ that's all.
What type of product listings are not a fit for this specific marketplace?
At least for now, this marketplace is not built for building courses (e.g. by coaches or mentors), and/or for adding social media content or longer video content. Everything else is technically welcomed here.
Do I have to be a Christian in order to list here?
We leave that definition and line mostly to you and mostly check the alignment of products with this marketplace and also what other people are selling. The products just have to be neutral enough. In terms of the background of the seller, we don't ask specifically about that or make you fill out an application before joining as a seller - we just show what we are about here and then leave that decision up to you. If you feel comfortable enough to join then that is good for us as long as the products are suitable. We fully welcome you and cheer you on! (We do pre-check and pre-approve product listings though!)
Is signing up to be a member difficult?
No, not at all. You just have to insert either your own name or your preferred shop name, location, e-mail and preferred payment option for the future (but you can opt out anytime) and browse your account a bit in order to get it going before adding product listings. We only ask a very minimal amount of information when someone is signing up and we promise that navigating the sign-up process is not too difficult or time-consuming. :)

Got to the "MY LISTINGS" section of the menu, and the
choose "ADDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE LISTINGS". Then on the
right top corner, you will see a pink button that says "Add a

Adding a listing is fast and easy, we promise! We have kept is as
fast and simple as possible for our members so that everyone could
get to promoting their listings fast. :)
When adding a product listing, what information is mandatory and what is voluntary?
When adding a product listing, the following elements are mandatory:
* Product type (under "CHOOSE TYPE") - is your product physical or digital.
* Product name - Name your products whatever you like.
* Product type - There you will add whatever category you would name it - e.g. when you do necklaces or bracelets, then write that or a more general name like "jewelry".
* Description - There you will describe your product, what it includes, how big it is or how many pages it has and etc.
* Product tags - These are freely chosen words or tags to describe your product in one word. You can choose one tag or more.
* Product price - Choose the final product price (which already would include your taxes) without the shipping cost, or a full price with shipping if you want to offer free shipping to your customers and want to indirectly pay for it yourself as a seller.
* Product image - Choose at least one nice product image to showcase your product.
* Shipping details: Is shipping required (- add a check-mark if it's a physical product).
When adding a product listing, the following elements are voluntary:
* Brand name.
* Product weight (under "Shipping Details").
* Sales price, if you want the client price be different from the initial cost price.
* Whether you want to charge your own taxes from that product. - That is an individual decision that a seller has to make based on their country of residence or business. (Christian By Faith Marketplace doesn't collect or assign it's own taxes for or to sellers. Each seller is responsible for their own taxes.)
* Inventory details - Do you want to set minimum purchase amounts or show/track your product inventory publicly (e.g. when you only have a few copies of your book or apparel and want to block bigger purchases).
* Shipping details - How much does the physical product weight. (Not mandatory, but recommended. Or if not weighted the write about the size of the product inside the product description section.)
* Variant details - If you have several different variants of your product then you can add additional information about it.
* The origin country of the product - Where was the product made.
* An HSN product code for your own accounting or tracking. Totally voluntary.
* Choosing a collection, or several, for your product. - If you see a suitable option there, then choose it, but if not then you can leave it empty.
* Product handles.
Can I change and/or delete my product and service listings independently?
Yes, absolutely. You can change and/or delete your product and service listings independently whenever you'd like.
Is there a minimum price for (product or service) listings or can I also add my free files (aka freebies) or product listings in this directory?
No, there isn't a minimum price for product listings, so you can also add your free listings here.
Do (product and service) listings go up right away after I have prepared and submitted them?
No. To ensure the quality and uniqueness of this platform, the platform and the admin(s) check over every product and service listing before letting it go up. (Usually accepting the listing takes under 48 hours during work days, unless we have put up a notification that it would take longer.)
How quickly does a product or service listing usually get accepted?
That depends on the timing, but usually within 24 hours during the work week, and within 48+ hours during the weekends unless we have put up a notification that it would take longer. (Accepting listings takes longer or is paused on weekends.)
If one of my listings is not accepted by the platform, should I still add other, different, listings?
Yes, absolutely. This doesn't mean that you are not welcomed to continue on the platform. We are absolutely looking forward to your next (different) listings.
How to add blog posts or writings?
To add your blog posts or writings, please log into your seller/member dashboard at HERE (after purchasing one of the membership plans). Then in the menu, go to "My profile" and choose "Seller/member blog". On the right corner, you will see a button saying "Add a blog". Click on it and start writing or adding. The mandatory parts are the headline and the description/writing part. Adding an image is voluntary. We recommend adding either product pictures or symbolic, illustrative pictures, to accompany your posts. (We do not recommend using your own pictures, e.g. profile pictures, as the blog post's main image because the size will fit the original size of the image and get very large.)
What type of pictures or images are recommended for the main blog post image?
We highly recommended playing around and testing what images fit your blog posts the best, but in terms of the size, the image will show in the original size, so therefor we do not recommend your profile picture, logo, or picture of your face for the blog post image. We would suggest trying out your product pictures, or looking for something symbolic online from fee image banks/sites. Please make sure your images are either your own or labeled under "Common Use" or "Commercial Use". (You can use that filter on Google as well.)
How quickly does a blog post get accepted and published by the admin or platform?
That depends on the timing, but blog posts will usually get accepted and published by the admin within 24 hours during the work week, and within 48+ hours during the weekends. (Longer on some weekends.)
Does Christian By Faith Marketplace guarantee any sales?
Christian By Faith Marketplace does NOT guarantee any sales or customers. Yes,
we do occasional promotion for our sellers, but outside of that, this marketplace is only meant to serve you as an additional place to share your products and God-given gifts. Daily promotion is voluntary and is totally up to the seller herself.
When the marketplace grows, we all will get more traffic and views in an overall sense, which can then also potentially lead to sales for other sellers as well. This, however, does not indicate the exact number of views that other sellers will get from someone else's audience. That process is totally fluent and is up to the customers.
As a seller/member, do I receive any payments or funding from this platform?
No, Christian By Faith Marketplace isn't a direct marketplace, but works similarly to directories. That means that no selling actually happens on this website outside of our own brand products. Everything else is directed to the seller's own links where the actual selling happens. We therefor don't receive any money from outside products, and don't therefor do any transfers for members and sellers.
Is Christian By Faith Marketplace allowed to deactivate and/or delete sellers?
Yes, the marketplace reserves the right to deactivate/or delete sellers when they go against community guidelines.
Is Christian By Faith Marketplace allowed to not initially accept product or service listings, or also deactivate and/or delete listings even after initially going up?
Yes, this marketplace directory reserves the right to not accept, or deactivate/or
delete product and service listings when they go against our community guidelines and/or values and/or principles. Maintaining that standard is one of our core values.
Who is responsible for the product or service quality, product descriptions and pictures, shipping, ensuring fast shipping time, and etc?
As no selling outside of our own brand products happens here, each seller/member is responsible for their own products and services fully.
Christian By Faith Marketplace does not take responsibility for products and shipping or the lack of it.
Who is responsible for and who pays for taxes for the listings?
As this is a directory and a members' club and no direct selling outside of our own brand products happens here, each seller is responsible for her gathering and presenting their own taxes (based on the actual selling that happens at those outside, redirected, links, on seller's own website).
Christian By Faith Marketplace has no connection to any of the taxes or tax forms outside of our own brand products! We works as a technical middle-(wo)man.
What payment processing solutions are used on this platform?
In terms of both customer purchase processing and membership subscription processing, this website and marketplace uses PayPal and Stripe (www.stripe.com).
Can I become a member from anywhere or does my location matter?
You can become a member/seller from anywhere. Location doesn't matter. As this platform works on the principle of redirecting to outside links, we welcome everyone! :)
Does it matter if I already have my own website or not?
Yes, as this is a product and service directory, not a direct marketplace (regardless of our name), you need to either have your own (outside) website, or sell on an outside direct marketplace (e.g. Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc). You can't directly sell here without any links to refer the listing to.
Can I list here if I already have a website and/or when I already sell on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, or etc?
Yes, absolutely. This is actually a prerequisite in order to list any of your products or services here. We are a directory (and a members' club), regardless of our name (marketplace).
What are the core pillars of your platform?
The core pillars of our platform are:

- having faith as the core of the marketplace and platform;
- being community-driven and community-focused;
- offering a personalized experienced;
- offering individual tech and customer support;

What are the benefits of joining you platform?
Some of the examples of this (but not conclusive) is:

How much does joining the platform and becoming a seller cost?

What do I get for my membership subscription (payment)?
With the free membership subscription you will get access to a designated Seller Dashboard, all of the seller (tech) features and can start adding your product or service listings onto our site right after a quick set-up process.
With more extensive membership subscription plans you will also get featured listings, feature posts, social media coverage, and etc

To become a member, do I have to fill out a form or hop onto a call with you, or can I just get started quickly on my own?
You can get started right away. When clicking โSign Upโ you are directed to a third-party platform where you can quickly and easily sign up by adding your shop name, location, and etc. The form is short and process is fast and easy. You don't have to hop on a call with us or contact us in any other way, unless you want and/or need to. You seller's profile is accepted automatically (versus product listings that are not accepted automatically.)
Is booking a Member Discovery or Onboarding Call mandatory?
Absolutely not! : ) Booking a discovery or an onboarding call is not mandatory. You can fully sign up and become a member on your own. The process is not difficult and we have most of the information that you need already on this "Become a seller" page. Also, if you have any questions or technical issues with signing up or adding your first products then we are just one message or call away. You can write to us at members@christianbyfaith.store.
If I want to deactivate my seller membership, can I do it independently?
Yes, you can opt out anytime and deactivate your membership from your member's/seller's dashboard.
Can I opt out of my membership subscription plan any time?
Yes, you can deactivate your selling membership subscription plan whenever
you'd like through your member dashboard "Subscription Management" section, or directly through the following link: https://account.christianbyfaith.store.
Can I fully delete my member's account on my own?
There's two answers and levels to it.
1) Yes, you can end your Membership Plan Subscription at any moment through your member's/seller's dashboard, through the section called "Subscription Management" - you can click and get directly to the right link to end the subscription.
2) As for the seller/member dashboard itself - no, you can deactivate your subscription plan but the dashboard access removal comes from us. We will see that you have ended your subscription and then will deactivate your dashboard soon after. You can either leave your dashboard non-active, or send us an e-mail (at members@christianbyfaith.store) and we will delete your account fully on our own.
Please delete all your product or service listings, and/or blog posts before ending your membership subscription. That leaves a good "clean slate" for both sides. Otherwise we have to deactivate or delete your posts and listings on our own.
Please also note that you can always reinstate your membership subscription and any given moment by buying a new membership subscription plan. You will have to add your listings and/or writings/blog posts after that. We will not keep or duplicate or make backups of listings or blog posts on our end.
If I want to deactivate membership, do I have to delete my product or service listings, and/or blog posts?
Yes, deleting your listings and blog posts would be preferred before ending the membership. You can always join back in at any given moment by buying a new membership plan, but please note that you would have to add your listings and writings or blog posts again then.
Does this platform keep duplicates or makes backups of members' product or service listings, and/or blog posts?
No, this platform does not keep any data, including listings or blog posts, after someones leaves their membership. We also don't make any backups during or after someone's membership. Please make sure to copy or duplicate your text or information somewhere outside of this website and platform, if you deem it necessary.
After purchasing and signing up for the paid Membership Subscription, how do I get the additional, customized, promotion opportunities that are included in my chosen subscription plan?
If you have a paid plan, please wait for us to contact you or contact us first via e-mail at members@christianbyfaith.store for the promotional and marketing additions that are included in your chosen membership plan.
(Please note that to get all of your promotional additions, you have to be reachable through your e-mail address that you presented when you signed up for our membership plan and seller/member dashboard. If you can't be reached, then unfortunately you will miss out on the promotional features outside of what is already included through the Member Dashboard.)
If I'm already a member and want to send my own social media content for you to either re-share on your social media channels or I want to do more content for your platform and social media channels directly, what should I do or how should I contact you?

Yes, absolutely. We do online/virtual discovery calls through Google Meet
or Zoom to give people more information about the platform, it's mission, possibilities and the benefits for the sellers. We are happy to answer all of your questions. To

If I want to support your platform and mission, but I don't want to become a seller or I just don't have any products to sell currently, is there any other way to support you?
Yes, absolutely. Christian By Faith Marketplace started off as mainly a
one-women project (and in many ways still is) and has been built with 0 outside investments. This place is built for you, so we want it to reflect the community that we are building here and to offer the best
experience possible in the current technical boarders and possibilities that we have. If you want to support the platform and
it's mission the best way to do that is to become a seller or to check for an option to support us with a voluntary donation (- if you
ever feel led to do that by God, of course).
